These are some of my overtures when I am asked to be a social media manager. Each case requires a different approach.
Manage and organize social media through up-to-date techniques specific to each platform, creation of an editorial calendar, choice of tone of voice.
Creating a digital image coherent with the product and connecting all platforms, defining the web space associated with it.
Developing and promoting an event via web requires timing and clear and direct communication.
The website or e-commerce (in case you want to sell online) is the centerpiece of your digital presence, where the management of your reputation revolve. Here you present yourself in an institutional way, collecting and analyzing data of your clients.
Your website need an optimization technique (SEO) that allows you to be found on the Net at the exact moment when your customer or potential customer expresses the specific need that you can satisfy.
Social Networks integrate necessarily into your online communication and / or sales strategy, that's why it is essential to manage them strategically.
E-mails are a preferential communication tool both with those who have shown interest in your brand and with the customers you have already acquired. Email marketing offers you the precious opportunity to create ad hoc content for the specific segments of the goal you are targeting. And remember, pay attention to privacy policies!
It depends. Generally, social media work does not have "office hours", and must necessarily adapt to the needs of the particular strategy. This sometimes constant, sometimes intermittent work requires an ad hoc estimate after drawing up an action plan. This means that a professional, on average, will not be able to ask you for less than 300 euros per month in a continuous plain job.
This graph shows my typical work process in Social Media Management, how I usually work and what is my workflow.
First of all, a research on our own digital identity allows to define which and how many platforms should be used.
Cool-hunting, researching and listening to the enviroment in which the profile will settle. Through this research, the planning of which media are most appropriate for the chosen target will take place.
The production of media that will generate the interaction of its audience must constantly be carefully monitored.
The remodeling based on the engagement of its public through timely changes of direction in the communication strategy.
These are my career and education paths in Social Media Managing. You can follow their most important points.
